2 broken bones (on the same kid!)

1 set of braces

1 Thanksgiving that pretty much echoed a country-western song

5 bats captured and released (by you, while I hid under blankets)

9 years of kids' soccer cleats scattered around the house

4 dogs

Countless trips to Home Depot

15 years since I saw you waiting for me at the end of an aisle in Syracuse

15 years since you almost set the church on fire at our wedding

15 years since I laughed so hard in the middle of our ceremony that I couldn't extinguish my candle

15 years since we sang Psalm 133 with each other and our family and friends... "Behold, how good a thing it is.,."

The numbers don’t necessarily say it, but this has been a beautiful life so far. I'm so happy God gave me you.
